Simmer is a family owned Vietnamese Restaurant located in Rohnert Park.
Simmer, a sister restaurant to Simmer Vietnamese Kitchen in Petaluma, opened on March 17th, 2018. Our restaurant is located in the Park Plaza shopping center off of Commerce Boulevard in Rohnert Park.
We are a family friendly establishment that includes two TVs, a kids menu, access to high chairs, a booster seat, and we are wheelchair accessible. We rotate our local beer and wine, and have extra seating at our bar.
We can accommodate dietary needs and have gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options. There are gluten free menus readily available. Please notify our employees of any food allergies you may have.
